What is the client doing at present?:
A weekly program designed to maintain the shape and weight she has achieved. Her exercise program was
also accompanied with a healthy balanced diet.

What did the client achieve?: 'I am extremely pleased with the way I look & feel. I have a lot more energy &
feel more confident. The exercise program was a real challenge for me and tough begin with. I could barely run to the end of my road without becoming breathless! But once I got into a routine I really enjoyed it. The diet plan was also hard for me as I completely changed my diet! But all the hard work has certainly paid off!'
