Each new client will undergo an assessment to identify the needs of an individual.
This process includes series of questionnaires including your diet & nutrition, medical history, lifestyle and exercise.
This is where we come to you to, find out what your goals, and do a number of assessments including weight, lung capacity and blood
pressure.
|
|
|
We then use all this information to produce a weight loss program, and or a fitness program along with unique
training sessions designed specifically for your needs to help you to achieve your goals.
We can also offer you nutritional advice. The
screening lasts for approximately 45 minutes.
|
Exercise programmes and routines are designed specially for you to help you achieve your goals effectively
whilst fitting it in with your schedule and keeping it fun at the same time!
You decide the timescale, how often you want to exercise and the range of activities you would like to include.
The program is completed in your own time. This option is not suitable for people who are busy, or a not very motivated!
This is because it rarely gets done! However, along with a 1:1 session it could be ideal.

WE COME TO YOU = No more excuses! By using the information from the screening and needs analysis process, we design your 1:1
session using various equipment to help you achieve you goals quickly and effectively but most of all keeping it varied and FUN!
Sessions are ideal for weight loss, improving muscle tone, fitness and health, or to help look good for a certain occasion or event. They are also ideal for getting back into shape after having a baby, when you need to have time for yourself. Sessions last for 60 or 90 minutes.
